Regarding on-site production, the TD is the first to arrive and the last to leave. They coordinate equipment delivery and ensure everything is properly arranged for the event. At AVC, we plan every event detail, providing organised diagrams and drawings before the delivery and setup of each piece of equipment. We also offer production plans to the crew and team leads and hand off the form to our production crew.
