AV EVENT SERVICES
Regarding on-site production, the TD is the first to arrive and the last to leave. They coordinate equipment delivery and ensure everything is properly arranged for the event. At AVC, we plan every event detail, providing organised diagrams and drawings before the delivery and setup of each piece of equipment. We also offer production plans to the crew and team leads and hand off the form to our production crew.

Our technical director is an expert on the client's concept and is familiar with every event detail. They remain on-site throughout production to answer questions, work closely with the event producer, and ensure the client's vision is brought to life. We support the production team and answer any questions that the client may have during the event.
